Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions before booking a lesson with me.
Terms and conditions for Helen Webb singing teacher.
1. All lessons (including assessments) need to be paid for at least 1 week in advance.
2. At least 48 hours notice needs to be given by the student for cancellations, or changes in time or date of the lesson. If this is not done the payment for the lesson shall be forfeit.
3. At least 2 weeks notice needs to be given by the student for cancellation of a studio session (usually four hours long) if that studio session involves P.A. equipment, microphones, or recording equipment. If this is not done the payment for the lesson shall be forfeit.
4. If you are cancelling with less than 8 hours notice, please contact Helen immediately on 00353872458411.
5. For lesson bookings, cancellations, changes, or queries, please contact Richard Davidge at helenwebbteachinginfo@googlemail.com , or if you feel the issue is more urgent, please feel free to phone or text Richard’s mobile on 00353879451452.
6. Lessons can be paid for in cash, by cheque, bank transfer, or by Paypal. Please remember to add your name as a reference, e.g. John/Jane Smith, Lessons x 4.
We would prefer to send you a Paypal request because it seems easier
for the customer, but if you would prefer to do a bank transfer please
contact us for Helen’s bank details. Thank you.
